Carrot Tower's free 26th-floor observation lounge sits above Sangenjaya Station, looking back over Shibuya and Tokyo Tower one way and out towards Mount Fuji the other. Locals come up just to read or nap in the window seats.

It's free and open 9:30am to 10pm, closed on the second Wednesday of the month and over New Year. After an air-conditioning failure closed it from 21 July 2026, it fully reopened on 1 October 2026. Come at dusk on a clear winter day for Fuji against the sunset, then go down into Sangenjaya's izakaya alleys.
