Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo is a four-storey Kengo Kuma building on the Meguro River with a copper cask rising through the whole thing, a Princi bakery, a teahouse floor and a cocktail bar on top. It's one of only a handful of Reserve Roasteries in the world, and people treat it as a destination in itself.
