Gyukatsu Motomura is the restaurant that made gyukatsu, deep-fried breaded beef cutlet served rare, a Tokyo phenomenon. Each diner gets a small hot stone grill to sear the pink slices as they like, with barley rice, tororo and miso soup on the side.
